Update Four

What, another update?  You bet!

First off, I want everyone to take a moment and congratulate the characters of Chira Arthur and Henriks Abols, who have tied the knot.  Best of luck to them as they scamper off to the beauty of Bajor for their honeymoon.

And now, a very important announcement:  after much discussion, the staff has decided to keep the active player characters assigned to the USS Phoenix for the foreseeable future.  We feel this is the most fair option for giving all our players who are active and posting a lively environment in which to grow.  This site doesn't claim to be 'professionally run', and never will - we're just friends having fun together, so I feel no shame whatsoever in admitting that our initial reach exceeded our grasp, as far as having two open sims.  When the amount of active and posting player characters increases, the base will once again open as a sim.

That said, Starbase Athena will remain the central IC hub for the Fifth Fleet, aka Aurora Fleet.  The characters of Raynor Hughes, Ilana Telak, and the Admiralty, will remain stationed there.

In other news, we have a new ribbon available to earn.  This one is for those who complete a Biography and post a Plot Page, and is called the Character Development award.  It can be viewed here, along with the others.
