Update 14

Ladies, gentlemen and variations thereof,

With the Phoenix's seventh mission ending today and mission eight due to start in a day or two, it seems like a good time to announce that we will also be starting to run missions on Starbase Athena as well, for those with characters posted to the base.

If anyone has an idea for a mission and/or would like to try their hand at running one, please drop a message to one of the command staff!

I'd also like to welcome the new players to our community: Ezac, T'Lara and Kaitlin Dexter, all three of whom have been assigned to the Phoenix! Also, please welcome back Henriks Abols to Starbase Athena and condolences to George Warden, an alt of Safefta Pardek's who is now responsible for the mental wellbeing of the Phoenix's crew.

Since the post of XO of the Phoenix is currently open, we are accepting applications for the post. We aim to make a decision at the end of the Phoenix's eighth mission. If you're interested, please let Archangel T'Koris, Rachel Deacon or Corman Stark know!

In closing, we're considering putting together an award ceremony as a bi-annual thing. If you have any ideas for ribbons or awards that you would like to see, please let us know!

Aurora Fleet just passed its first birthday as a site!  We opened up June 27, 2014.  Over 7,000 posts later, we're still here.
