Greetings all, a few announcements to make.
First off, two promotions! Julia Rellek has hit the ground running since arriving, making active contributions to the site and posts. The Admiralty has therefore promoted her to Lieutenant JG, effective immediately.
Secondly, as Andrew Sheridan fully takes on the role of Second Officer of the USS Phoenix, he is hereby promoted to full Lieutenant.
